Terms of Use
All footage and content remain the copyright of The Creative Clan Group Ltd unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Usage is limited to the scope defined in the quote. Any further usage requires written approval and may incur additional licensing fees.
No third party (including editors, contractors, agencies, or talent involved in production) may use or share any footage or deliverables for personal portfolios, showreels, or promotional purposes without express written permission and licensing from The Creative Clan Group Ltd.
The client is responsible for ensuring all relevant GDPR filming consents are obtained when individuals are identifiable in footage.
Where agreed, credit should be given to The Creative Clan Group Ltd when content is used publicly.
The content may not be altered, re-edited, or repurposed in a way that misrepresents the brand, original context, or the reputation of The Creative Clan Group Ltd without prior written approval.
Breaches of these terms may result in takedown requests, retroactive licensing fees, or legal action.
